Career Highlight to date: 3:54.16 indoor mile (8th Irish All-Time) and representing Ireland.

Aims for the 2024 season: To qualify for the major championships this summer, podium finish at the National 1500m and run under 3:35 1500m.

How will the Jerry Kiernan Foundation help you achieve these aims: The funding from the JKF will be a huge help in many ways but specifically for travelling to races throughout Europe/US that are necessary to give myself the best chance of qualifying for championships and hit standards.
